1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jililevo ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jililevo website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jililevo operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform. We are not regulated by any Bangladeshi government authority, and access to our services is provided on a cross-border basis. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing offshore online gaming platforms is permissible under the laws applicable to your place of residence before registering an account.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Not a self-excluded player: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on jililevo or any affiliated platform at the time of registering or placing bets.

jililevo performs age and identity verification checks during account registration and prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until documentation is reviewed and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method selected. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 24 hours.
• jililevo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that deviate significantly from a player's established transaction pattern.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jililevo offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup fixtures.

All bonuses and promotions offered by jililevo are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering progress will be forfeited at the point of expiry. Validity periods are specified in the individual promotion details.

• Maximum bet rule: While an active wagering requirement is in progress, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin from bonus funds is ৳500 unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: jililevo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be closed.

jililevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time they claimed the offer.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jililevo, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered users of the platform:

You Agree To

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify jililevo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction that govern online gaming and financial transactions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililevo and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks after depositing funds. Such actions will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at jililevo staff or other users through any channel.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jililevo platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, interface layouts, graphics, text, game thumbnails, promotional material, and software code — is the intellectual property of jililevo or its licensed content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jililevo platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works based on any jililevo content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the jililevo website by automated or manual means.
• Use the jililevo brand name, logo, or any associated mark in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party website without explicit written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the jililevo platform.

Game content is licensed to jililevo by its providers and is subject to the intellectual property rights of those providers. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those providers' rights and may result in separate legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jililevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player themselves.
• Decision by jililevo to withdraw services from a particular region or jurisdiction.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jililevo account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jililevo. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process it within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling habits require a structured break, jililevo offers self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion.
